A pair of white Carrara marble casseroles. It rests on 3 twisted legs in chiseled and gilded bronze surmounted by eagle's heads, the beaks connected by a chain also in gilt bronze.
The feet ending in twisted windings in the lower part forming eagle's legs, as well as the central shaft decorated with gadroons in the upper part, rest on a gilded bronze tiered plinth decorated with a daisy in its center.
The finely chiseled and gilded bronze base rests on a larger circular white marble base which itself rests on 3 small loaf feet.
The removable marble cover lifts with an oval amethyst cap.
