A large French white marble and ormolu desk inkwell representing a young lady draped in the Antiquity manner and symbolizing Fidelity reclining on a bronze column holding ivy with the inscription: I die where I attach myself
On the marble base with gilt bronze balustrade, are two covered vases of flowers containing the ink wells ( the inside glass missing).
