Barrel with sides, finish damascus in ribbon, slightly blundered and with stripes hair, signed in silver damasquine on the right side: Manufacture and on the left side A Versailles and raised of branches with sheets. The thunderbolt is case-hardened, decorated with two silver rings, the top flap is ribbed and serves as a sighting device, the side flaps each bear the hallmark in the form of a bar "N.B." The barrels are numbered on the top flaps 1 & 2; and bear a ring and serial number 144 in silver damascene at the mouth. Under the barrels, punches on the thunder of the gunner Leclerc in Paris: "I.L.C." in an oval and "LC" and the numbers 144, as well as the differentiation 1 & 2. The aiming point is in silver.
Flat-bodied lock, marked BOUTET in silver damascene and decorated en suite; dog engraved with foliage and chased with a whimsical animal head with hammer.
Counter plate finely engraved with a spider web and wings.
Jasper finger grip trigger guard and adjustable trigger (stecher)
Oval pommel in half-bump.
Short barrel frame with squared stock and silver thumb piece.
