Pair of light arms in finely chased and gilded bronze.
The shaft is richly decorated with leaves, foliage and flowers. In its center, two arms of light escape from a corolla and develop in a swirling movement decorated with leaves and foliage.
One of the arms ends in a poppy flower basin, its bulbous socket; the other in lily flower and the pistil forming a socket.
One could think of sconces of room with the allegory of the poppy being the sleep.
Regency period.
