Dimensions :
Height : 226 cm : Width : 120 cm ; Depth : 56 cm
Our opinion :
Reserved for an elite of the bourgeoisie under the old regime, the Arlesian wedding cabinets are mostly found in monumental dimensions.
The more the model is richly sculpted and decorated with iron fittings, the more the height is important.
The wardrobe we are presenting is of the rarest size with only 226 cm high and a very pronounced cornice, designed to fit the vaulted ceiling of the small private chapel of the Provencal farmhouse where we found it.
