This marvelous and above all well-sculpted pair of mirrors presents the unmistakable style of Bologna, gilded on vigorous reliefs and with geometric motifs; move and refined movement derived from the Roman Baroque but reworked in a less sumptuous and more elegant way,
All the other elements are treated with symmetry, but in always imaginative and rich forms that stand out for the robust carving typical of Bolognese schemes.
