This large and beautiful oblong shaped deep dish is made of earthenware from Marseille, factory of the Widow Perrin, the central polychrome decoration represents an animated fountain of several characters, on a landscaped background. The wing with lobed edge is decorated with combed and shells, it is painted with nets and flowers. The colors, typical of the Marseille production of the widow Perrin, are yellow, purple, manganese and a soft green. There are no marks on the back.

In good general condition this dish presents nevertheless a crack in the upper part.
