Hexagonal table in cedar and mother-of-pearl,Syria, late 19th c.

Hexagonal table in carved cedar wood, sculpted, chiseled and inlaid with mother-of-pearl.The top is covered with seven finely carved star-shaped polygonal star-shaped rosettes. It stands on a base decorated alternately with moucharabiehs and plates with geometric mother-of-pearl decorations. The base of the frame is arcaded and decorated with mother of pearl stars.
Good condition. Minor restorations on the top.
