Cartel by Jacques Clouzier - 18th century

This cartel on its console is decorated with a copper marquetry inlaid with floral motifs in tinted horn.
The console is decorated with large falling gilded bronzes.
The crown of the cartel is mounted on a sculpture of Perseus holding the head of Medusa.

Jacques Clouzier received master in 1692, lived rue Saint Antoine in 1726, then rue Saint Paul in 1748 until 1753.
