-Flying Mercury, god of travelers, with his caduceus composed of a double snake, symbol of harmony.
- Fame, his ally and Messenger of Jupiter, winged with her long trunk which brings the good news.
Italian work, early XVIIIth century period after Giambologna (1529-1608).
Beautiful pedestals forming truncated columns, made of massive amaranth and ebony.
Very good condition of conservation, original gilding.
