Saint-Cloud Soft paste tobacco box First half of 18th century

SAINT CLOUD: Snuff box in soft paste, representing a shepherd lying on a flowered mound with his dog lying near his cane.
Silver setting with the Hallmark of Fermier Général Louis Robin, Paris 1738-1744.
An identical box, decorated in polychromy, illustrated in the book “La Céramique Européenne” by H P Fourest and exhibited at the National Adrien Dubouché Museum in Limoges.
18th century, around 1740
