Large sprinkler covered in MOUSTIERS earthenware, baluster shape on pedestal, pansu body with gadroons and pierced cap, screwed on the body with its button-shaped grip. Decoration in blue monochrome called "A la BERAIN", composed of busts of women on bases, caryatids, flower baskets, friezes with hatched reserves, mantling, braid with rinceaux and blue threads on the pedestal and along the edge of the lid.
Marked in blue for pairing, under the lid and under the foot, of an insect.
Period: First half of the 18th century.
Workshop : CLERISSY.
Very good general condition, small crack of original cooking at the foot. Resumption of two small splinters on the edge of the lid. No other restoration.
