Chiseled and gilded bronze
This pair of andirons has a foliage pedestal, molded and slightly domed on the face, with in its center, a mascaron representing a bearded man with a foliage head. On each side of the projection there is a console with roll-up hook, foliage and volutes. An ovoid vase with a pedestal and unfolded leaves surmounts a frieze of wrapped bay leaves, which completes this decor. Foliage garlands with berries are held by side hooks from which emerges in its center a collar, topped by a foliage cover with pine cone.
