Earthenware plate of MOUSTIERS, octagonal shape with polylobé edge. Decoration in full with the large fire, in green monochrome limed manganese, known as "with the grotesques", including: a character standing with the beesicles on his nose, holding a glass in one hand and his hat on a raised mound in the other hand. A figure with big ears and a long duck beak on a leafy mound. And a couple of dancers the man playing the mandolin at the foot of a tree on a leafy terrace. On the wing, flowered mounds and isolated foliage and green lines bordered with manganese nets.
Period: End of the first half of the 18th century.

Very good general condition, light two small splinters taken again in edge, no other restoration.
