Goldsmith MERITE - Vegetable dish and gravy boat in solid silver 19th cent

Sumptuous decoration of twisted ribs for this magnificent vegetable dish mounted on a pedestal, the chiseled ogee lid is topped with a leafy grip. Solid silver lining.
The gravy boat with identical decoration is placed on an adjoining oval tray fixed by two old-fashioned screws decorated with waves and shells.
the solid silver lining is hammer mounted.
