Decoration of fans amid morning glory, with one of the fans in Katami-gawari, and one area of plain gold and the other zith a plum (apricot) tree. The other side shows drying fishnets and suge (sedge) beside a stream, another wild chrysanthemum and grasses and a fourth, half-closed, fan with bamboo. Jubako in this form of the 16th – 17th century seem to be the precursors of the purpose-made picnic set (sage-jubako).
