This vase with its form and soft and delicate hues inspired by the Far East is very characteristic of the first period of the Art Deco and of the style of the French designer and painter Anne-Marie Fontaine (a. 1920-1938). Handmade and hand painted, each piece of the Sevres Manufactory is unique.

Exposition : Exposition Internationale des Arts Decoratifs et Industriels Modernes of Paris of 1925.
A model dated 1921 is in the collections of the Musee des Arts Décoratid de Paris (MAD Paris) since 1925 (Inv. SEVRES 115.2).
Condition : Excellent condition.
