This beautiful Haarlems 'banketje' is attributed to the Haarlem born painter Adriaen Jansz Kraen. Together with Willem Heda and Pieter Claesz he was with the very best painters in Haarlem in those days.

The painting is on oak panel, very well preserved and flat.
Housed in a black frame.
The condition of this painting is very good.
We notice a wanli porcelain plate, a silver cup, roemer glasses, a loaf of bread, a beerjug, all of them displayed on a white table cloth.
