18th century Delft plaque, circa 1765

A blue and white wall plaque, painted with a cute rural scene of a lady on two horses, one horse eating from a food bag, and a couple standing below a tree, clearly commenting on the first lady; in front of a row with houses in a distance; all within a self framed border, decorarted with flowers on a blue ground; surmounted with a shell pierced for hanging. The reverse is glazed. The plaque has no restorations and only has the common glaze loss around the edges.
