First half of 18th century small section piece that belonged to a larger mural. The scene shows two larger boats side by side and a smaller one near the point of view. Several fishermen hold a net and others appear to be docking. In the distance on the left side some buildings appear and on the right a boat far away.
The painting is monochromatic blue over white glaze. This was the fashion of azulejos of the 1st half of 18th century in Portugal that followed the trend of Ming porcelain and Delft tiles.
