All silver fittings finely engraved and openwork.Engraved screw heads.
Large trigger guard engraved with the emblem of the hunters on horseback of the Consular Guard or the Imperial Guard and a medal of the Legion of Honour 1st type.
Engraved silver butt cap, surmounted by an officer's head in the round.
Mounting in walnut engraved with foliage and squared, on which is inlaid a gold thumb piece HP:This pistol can be attriubuted to HECTOR PERRON de SAINT-MARTIN, Piedmontese General, President of the Council of Ministers, Captain in the Imperial Guard, Officer of the Legion of Honour at 23 years old.
Walnut wand with silver tip and corkscrew forging.
