Albert Joseph FRANKE (1860 - 1924)
Born in Breslau, he spent most of his life in Munich, mostly painting genre scenes in 18th-century settings. Franke had specialized in these scenes involving important characters placed in an opulent environment.
Some of his works are at the Simu Museum in Bucharest.
