This painting is painted on copperplate.
It represents the visit of the three magi to the new born Christ Child.
It is to be dated in the late 16th century and probably founds its origin in Prague.
We clearly have flemish influences in the faces and details, but the use of colors indicate a more east-european touch.
The condition is very well, the quality is high, the details remain beautiful even in the distance. The painting is housed in a black frame, dutch style frame circa 1900.
