Abraham Guterman (1899-1941) - painter, engraver and art critic. He was arrested in 1934 for his political activities as a communist activist. His workshop is looted and burned. His paintings belong to an art linked to Expressionism and Fauvism. A work often nourished by social concerns. He exhibited in Warsaw. He died around Bia?ystok in 1941.
