A fine George III silver mounted coconut cup with elegant scroll handles with a thumb-piece, and sitting on a pedestal foot.

Double hallmark "T.W" for Thomas Wallis I, a London silversmith who entered the guild in 1758 and died 1818–22.

London, circa 1770/80.

Dimensions: height 10,5cm ; width 17,5cm (measured between the handles) ; diameter of the cup 9cm

In excellent condition.
