French Regence caned fauteuils, 18th century

Pair of Regence caned fauteuils, beech carved and molded. The folders and the transom have an elegant foliage and flower decoration. The armrests are also decorated with plant motifs and a shell. These two large Parisian armchairs rest on curved legs with a spacer decorated with a floret in its center. The seat is covered with "galettes" in brown leather. Parisian work Beech 18th century
