Description: Ivory field with a very large domed rosette polylobbe in the shape of diamonds, inlaid with seedling of palmettes rubism adorned with a central golden yellow sunflower on an emerald green screening.
The central rose is surrounded by seedlings of flowers and petals in the form of butterflies.
Four dark blue spandrels with bulbs of flower chalices surrounded by polychrome flowering wreaths.
