Aubusson tapestry circa 1750

Charming tapestry of aubusson weaved on wooland silk, circa 1750 in decoration of greenery and exotic castle.
In mind of the engravings of PILLEMENT, this tapestry represents two palm trees framing(supervising) the central subject, a fowl walking on the edge of a stream and an other one sat on the branches of u tree and observes it.
Beautiful border with flowers red with rolling-ups of sheets forming frame.
The liveliness of its colors, the sobriety of its motives, his(her) excellent state of preservation make a particularly attractive tapestry being able to as well become integrated into a formerold or contempora ydecoration.
