An oil painting on copper presenting a Nursing Madonna, made in the 17th century. Octogonal, the scene shows the Virgin with a halo and dressed with traditional red and blue clothes. She reveals her breast to feed her child. She holds him with her left arm and, with her right hand, brings her breast closer leaning over the baby. The latter is contorting himself in a snake-like figure. This scenery is inspired by the Italian Renaissance works such as Correggio's ones (1489-1534).
