Pair of Louis XVI bergères armchairs

Pair of bergères with cabriolet back in hat of policeman, in natural wood (beech or walnut) molded and formerly lacquered gray-green. They are based on four fluted tapered legs joined by connecting dice adorned with florets, large backs flanked by foliated caps, armrests shaped and curved grooves (note this feature armrest end, not winding, but degraded of two flutes), their fluted and rudent supports, bent belts.
Seats "in their juice", in excellent original condition, very solid, barrels without damage. Spring padding of the seats (to review) and fabric in use.

These shepherds of good quality are the work of a Parisian carpenter. Without too much space they provide excellent comfort.

Louis XVI period - 18th century.

Additional dimensions: 0.60 m between the armrests - 0.45 m deep seat.
