Vinaigrette in gold, enamel and fine stones of pink and green colors (Ruby and Peridot) of fret shape. The vinaigrette is entirely glazed with a lavender blue enamel and ends with golden seeds. The two handles allow him to be suspended from a golden chain. The hinged cover opening onto removable interior grill is richly decorated.
This vinaigrette is characteristic of a work of the early 19th century.
Indeed, in the first half of the 19th century, dressings were hung on women's belts.
