Le sultan et ses odalisques - Alfred Choubrac (1853-1902)

Alfred Choubrac was born in Paris on December 30, 1853.

He paints genre scenes, is a poster artist, and an illustrator.

His brother is Léon Choubrac, and he is the student of Charles Doërr and Isidore Pils at the École des Beaux-Arts of Paris. He participates in the Salon de Paris from 1865 to 1895.

Alfred also created many theater posters and did illustrations for Émile Zola.

He died in Paris in 1902.
