Lacquered writing case from Pegou
An exotic wooden box-box of rectangular shape, carved with floral motifs on all sides, decorated with "bas-relief cut", covered with a black lacquer raised with gold, decorated with leaves on the frames of the panels, as well as only nail heads in the form of daisies.
It opens with a lid on the top closing with a morillon and iron lock, carries a writing drawer in front.
The interior is lacquered in red-orange color and contains a hatch.
He also wears two iron handles laterally.
