Small patinated bronze sculpture forming an inkwell and representing a young nymph writing, lengthened on a bed of reeds and plant motifs. By Karl (Charles) Korschann (Czech, 1972-1943). The buckets for ink are hidden under two large leaves. The glass receptacles for ink are removable. Signed "KORSCHANN, Paris", carving stamped "LOUCHET" foundry. Ancient cast, 1900 period. Very good condition.
