Pair of Japanese vases, c. 1710, mounts signed L’Escalier de Cristal

A pair of Japanese Kakiemon vases, circa 1710, redecorated in Holland with monkeys circa 1730, with French gilt bronze mounts signed « L’Escalier de Cristal », Paris, around 1850 (small chip restored to one lid).
