Clock Fisherwoman with Shrimp by Paul Dubois (1827-1905) and René Wallerand

Napoleon III mantel clock decorated with a patinated bronze sculpture featuring a woman wearing a flowing robe, holding a fishing net and looking at a shrimp on her hand. Signed on the base: "Paul Dubois". The sculpture is resting on a dark wooden base adorned with scrolls and marine animals. Black marble dial, chiseled with gilt bronze ova, signed "René WALLERAND Arras". The clock is set on 4 legs, two of them sculpted with dolphins. The clockwork has been serviced, cleaned, and is in working order. Very good vintage condition.
