Magnificent cylinder bureau which forms a book store, second part of the 18th century, in Cuban mahogany wood mounted on oak wood. Remarkable construction and assembly. It opens on the upper part with two glassed doors showing a book-store, and in the central part with a cylinder mechanism showing four small drawers and a glide tray with its leather. This cylinder is topped by four drawers and a central cache. The lower part forms a bureau with two drawers on each side and above them a central big drawer. This furniture is entirely brass inlaid and has a stamp: ‘J.M.E.OEBEN’.
