Napoli (Italy) A faience bottle, end of 17th, begining of 18th century

NAPOLI: late 17th century, early 18th century. Tin glazed earthenware bottle depicting in blue a cross-eyed man on a white background in "compendario" style. This pattern was inspired by the Raphaelesque frecas in the Vatican.
