Rare model with reversed profile with tree and birds. carved and gilded oak. The tree takes root at the bottom in the center and separates into two branches which rise on the sides to join up in the center. Birds of prey decorate the corners and an eagle with wings spread "crowns" the summit.
The work of sculpture is remarkable. The branches are finely carved and allow the light to pass through a perforated chiselling. The bottoms are decorated with grains of barley and the branches trimmed with flowers. Inside and outside edges with foliage motifs.
A frame for informed collector or to emphasize a royal portrait from the very beginning of the XVIIth century.
