19th century bisque and gilt bronze mantle clock in Louis XVI style. A vestal is set against a fluted column that displays the clock dial, with Roman numerals for hours and Arabic numerals for minutes. The set rests on a rectangular base decorated with ormolu scenes depicting putti holding garlands or playing music. Signed "HUPPE" on the base, the dial signed "Lefaucheux Paris" and numbered "7228". Original clockwork is cleaned and in working condition. Napoleon III period. Good general condition, a finger was restored.
