Porcelain biscuit group after a model produced at Sevres in 1758 by Etienne-Maurice Falconet (1716-1791). It features two young women and two putti fishing. Sevres apocryphal mark under the base, with two interlaced "L" and "HM". Some manufacturing cracks (see photos). Because of its heavy weight and the sculpture technique, this biscuit is probably a copy made in the late 18th century or early 19th century.
