This large carved wood table has a nice curved base. The three bars are contoured and sculpted "Regence" motifs (shells and spiders, scrolls, arabesques, interlacing, jewels ...) The three bars are also decorated with a fine molding that extends to the feet. This elegant console table is wearing a beautiful pink marble surrounded by a "bec de corbin". cherrywood marble thickness: 4cm South West of France early 18th century
