Chair voyeur wooden knees of gray lacquered beech model of Jacob, Paris ep Louis XVI.

Rare chair "voyeur knees" wooden gray lacquered beech and blue rechampi.
Model small fluted tapered legs and supporting a rectangular seat, Violone a folder openwork of a lily and topped with a cuff.

Perfect state of conservation of wood, cloth to clean.

The "voyeur knees" is a chair for watching the games parts in the same position as the faithful on his prie-god, knees on the seat and forearms on the cuff.
A similar model but with detachable cuff releasing a small locker to store tokens is called "ponteuse", this chair was used to bet. (Bridge)
