Golden linear ledge, molded and faux marble lacquered band in shades of cream and brown.

Corners enriched by four sumptuous golden acanthus leaves.

Softly wavy and golden external profile.

Faux marble lacquering and gouache gilding with brown/red bole preparation

The frame, in excellent condition, can be attributed to the Venetian production of the second half of the 17th century.
