Natural horsehair upholstery, seats ready to cover.
Good solidity, all the chairs have been revised by our workshop.
Very good state of conservation, small usual restorations, a chair with worn tips of the feet.
Work attributable to Pierre Nogaret, Lyon Louis XV period around 1750.
Height: 99cm; Width: 54cm; Depth: 45cm
Seat height: 50 cm
Our opinion :
This type of "Bernese" chair with a slatted back is a classic of Pierre Nogaret.
A double page of the book of Bernard Deloche and Jean Yves Mornand "Nogaret and the Lyonnais seat" is dedicated to this model.
Our series has the merit of being presented in good condition, with the original spacers and in a beautiful blond walnut.
