Chryselephantine sculpture representing a young woman in a squall. She is depicted with her hands in a fur muff and trying to shelter from the wind lifting up her skirt and thus unveiling her knees.
The sculpture is mounted on an onyx base. This sculpture exists in two versions of different sizes. This one corresponds to the small version of this work.
Signed in the bronze at the back of the skirt: “D. H. Chiparus”.
