Very pretty pair of carved stucco bas-reliefs from the 17th century.
The two scenes illustrate the Adoration of the Shepherds and the Adoration of the Three Kings in an architectural and animated composition whose backgrounds are not lacking in charm : donkey grazing hay, smiling putti hidden behind the Three Kings...
These two plates are presented in their gilt frames decorated with ''pastilla'' decorated with vegetal and flowery friezes and each bearing the monogram VE for hans verbekeren? workshop of Lievin Van Egom?
