Inkwell in Paris porcelain, Empire period

Representing a biscuit winged cherub, seated between 2 eggshells with a white background decorated with garlands and gold threads. He holds an arrow as a feather and on his hip a quiver acting as a pen holder with a bow placed on the ground. The whole resting on a rectangular base with obtuse sides on a green and blue background decorated with dots and stars in imitation of a beautiful starry sky.



Dimension(s): Long. 12.3 cm - Large. 5.2 cm - Height. 9.5cm

Condition: GOOD CONDITION - a tiny crack on one of the eggshells, a 2nd on the pen holder, small marks on the arrow - all invisible to the eye.
