Félix Planquette, born in Arras (Pas-de-Calais) on April 23, 1873 and died in Paris on March 12, 1964, was a painter from the Manche.
He discovered painting thanks to his grandfather. He attended the school of fine arts in Arras, then in Lille (Nord).
He learns painting with Adrien Demont (1851-1928), painter of Douai (Nord).
He settled in Montmartin-sur-Mer and specialized in landscapes and animal paintings.
He regularly participated in the Salon des artistes français in Paris.
