Pair of Bronze Candelabras "Aux Amours", France circa 1800

Lovely pair of candelabras executed in black marble, patinated and gilt bronze. On each candelabras, a cherub holds two cornucopia shaped arm lights and a torch on the other side. The set rests on a truncated column rimmed by gilt bronze on a square black marble « petit granite belge » base.
